Does this bar contain any added sugar?

No! Nature’s Candy Bar is naturally sweetened with organic Deglet Noor dates—no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, just real food.

Is this bar gluten-free?

Yes! Nature’s Candy Bar is made with 100% gluten-free, whole food ingredients and contains no grains or fillers.

What makes this different from other snack bars?

Unlike most bars on the market, Nature’s Candy Bar is made with only organic, whole food ingredients—no preservatives, no seed oils, no artificial flavors. It’s real food, the way it should be.

Can I take this bar on the go?

Yes! While best kept cold, Nature’s Candy Bar can be enjoyed at room temperature for up to 7 days. Just keep it in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.

How many bars come in a pack?

This pack contains 10 bars, individually wrapped for convenience.

Is this bar dairy-free?

We have 2 options to choose from: The original bar made with organic grass-fed butter and a vegan version without dairy.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, as our bars are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

How is my order shipped?

To ensure freshness, we ship Nature’s Candy Bar with cold packaging and ice packs. We recommend freezing your bars upon arrival for optimal quality.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within United States. We’re actively working on expanding our shipping options—stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We’re working on more affordable and realistic shipping solutions to make delivery easier for you.

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available)

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. If your tracking number shows a delay or missing package, please contact the shipping provider first. If you need further assistance, email us at contact@rjnaturals.us.

Do you accept returns?

Since our bars are perishable food items, we do not accept returns to maintain product quality and safety. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us at contact@rjnaturals.us within 1 day of delivery.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@rjnaturals.us within 1 day of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Where do you offer local pickup?

We offer local pickup at two locations in Orange County, CA:

📍 Roosevelt Coffee
670 Roosevelt, Irvine, CA 92620

What are the pickup hours?

We typically offer daily pickups from 10 AM – 6 PM, but availability may vary. Any unavailable time slots will be visible when you make your selection at checkout. If you need to request a pickup time outside of this range, feel free to email us at contact@rjnaturals.us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

How do I choose local pickup?

At checkout, select "Local Pickup" from the dropdown menu and choose your preferred location:

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email and text notification with pickup details. A representative will be there to hand off your order in person at the designated pickup spot in front of the building.

Where do you offer local delivery?

We currently deliver within a 10-mile radius of Costa Mesa, CA (92626). If your address falls within this zone, you’ll see the Local Delivery option at checkout.

How do I choose local delivery?

At checkout, select "Local Delivery" from the dropdown menu. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your scheduled delivery date and time window.

How does local delivery work?

  • You’ll receive a text message when we’re on the way and upon arrival.
  • A representative will hand off your order to you in person.
  • If you have special delivery instructions, reply to our text or email us before your delivery time.

What if I’m not home for delivery?

Since our bars are fresh and require refrigeration, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order. If you need to reschedule, let us know in advance by replying to your confirmation email or texting us when we notify you that we're on the way.
