Subscription Shipping:
- All subscription orders ship on Mondays. Orders placed after Monday will be processed and shipped the following week.
- Future deliveries will be based on your selected frequency (every 2 weeks or 4 weeks).
- For local pick-ups or deliveries, your chosen day and time will be the cadence for all future orders.
Shipping Rates & Locations:
- Currently, we ship within the United States.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Cold Shipping Notice:
Since Nature’s Candy Bar is made with real, whole ingredients, we take extra care when shipping to warm climates. Your order will be shipped with cold packaging and ice packs, but we recommend freezing your bars immediately upon arrival.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your tracking number shows a delay or missing package, please contact the shipping provider first. If you need additional support, reach out to us at contact@rjnaturals.us.
Returns & Refund Policy
Since our bars are perishable food items, we do not accept returns to ensure product quality and safety. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Pickup Option:
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup details. When your order is ready, we’ll text the number associated with your order and a representative will hand off your order to you in person at the designated pickup spot.

What are the pickup hours?
We offer pickups Sunday, Monday, and Tuesdays from 11AM - 3PM.
If you need to request a pickup time outside of this range, feel free to email us at contact@rjnaturals.us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
How do I choose local pickup?
At checkout, select "Local Pickup" from the dropdown menu and choose your preferred location:
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email and text notification with pickup details. A representative will be there to hand off your order in person at the designated pickup spot in front of the building.
Where do you offer local delivery?
We currently deliver within a 10-mile radius of Costa Mesa, CA (92626). If your address falls within this zone, you’ll see the Local Delivery option at checkout.
How do I choose local delivery?
At checkout, select "Local Delivery" from the dropdown menu. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your scheduled delivery date and time window.
How does local delivery work?
- You’ll receive a text message when we’re on the way and upon arrival.
- A representative will hand off your order to you in person.
- If you have special delivery instructions, reply to our text or email us before your delivery time.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
Since our bars are fresh and require cold storage, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order. If you need to reschedule, let us know in advance by replying to your confirmation email or texting us when we notify you that we're on the way.
How should I store my bars after pickup or delivery?
Our bars are made fresh and should be kept frozen for optimal freshness. We recommend:
- Refrigerated: Up to 4 weeks
- Frozen: Up to 3 months
