At RJ Naturals, we take great care in ensuring that your Nature’s Candy Bars arrive fresh and in the best condition. Please review our shipping policy to understand processing times, shipping methods, and what to expect when placing an order.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, as our bars are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States and offer the following shipping methods:

- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!
4. Shipping Perishables & Freshness
Since our Nature’s Candy Bars are made with real, whole-food ingredients and contain no preservatives, we take extra precautions when shipping:
- All orders are shipped with cold packaging to maintain freshness.
- If shipping to a warm climate, your package will include ice packs to prevent melting.
- For best quality, refrigerate or freeze your bars immediately upon arrival.
📌 Tip: If you won’t be home when your package arrives, consider shipping to a location where it can be received and refrigerated promptly.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, RJ Naturals is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing or delayed, we recommend:

2️⃣ Contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- RJ Naturals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
7. Warm Weather Shipping Notice
During hotter months, we take extra precautions to prevent melting:
- Orders may be packed with ice packs and insulation to maintain freshness.
- Express shipping is recommended for orders being shipped to warm climates.
- We advise storing your bars in the refrigerator upon arrival.
RJ Naturals is not responsible for melted products due to extended exposure to heat.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at contact@rjnaturals.us with:

✅ A brief description of the problem
Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
